The 2021 Perth 4WD and Adventure Show was held at McCallum Park over the weekend of 5-7 November and attracted almost 39,000 people across the three days including the team from No Bull Accessories on stand 89.
The 4WD and Adventure Show has been held annually at McCallum Park since 1992 and has grown substantially over the past few years in size and diversity to meet the needs of Show visitors.
Show Director Peter Woods said the event is so popular because it offered so much to visitors. He said not only can visitors see and purchase new products, but also enjoy the many attractions the Show had to offer.
“The Perth 4WD and Adventure Show is the biggest of its kind in Australia and offers the latest caravans, camper trailers, new 4WDs and SUVs, camping accessories, fishing gear, navigation and electronics, and lifestyle products,” Peter said.
“The Show has also been designed to offer plenty of entertainment, advice, and travel info to help get people out and exploring.”
“This year we were pleased to introduce a new section of the Show which was dedicated to advice for overlanding and touring. The new Club 4x4 Adventure Hub featured 4WD recovery demos and advice, info on setting your vehicle up for touring, 4WD demos and techniques, camping info and more.”
“We also introduced a new stage area dedicated for caravanners. Sponsored by Jayco, the new information centre gave plenty of advice for caravanning, tips on towing, backing demos and advice on choosing the right van and matching the power needs based on how the vans are used. No Bull Accessories were on hand with their Brand of Power Grabba Lithium Batteries, DC-DC Chargers and Inverters. These are Premium Off Grid Power Products without the Premium Price and offered easy solutions to power Caravans, Campers and Motor Homes Off Grid in our great outdoors.”
“The idea behind the 4WD and Adventure Show is to give a complete experience and equip people with the gear, the advice and the inspiration to get out there,” Peter said.
The 4WD and Adventure Show is a vehicle lover’s paradise, and this year there were more vehicles than ever on display. New vehicles from major brands were on display including the exciting new Toyota Landcruiser 300 series range. Around the Show, enthusiasts could check out dozens of 4modified vehicles and get the gear themselves, as well as seeing other people’s vehicles.
The Show features an area dedicated to Content Creators, people who are living the outdoor life and travelling the country filming their adventures to share with audiences on social media. The Content Creators were set up with their vehicles and were on hand to give visitors all the tips they had picked up through their own travels.
“The Content Creator area of the Show is one of the most popular attractions. A lot of people come to the Show specifically to meet their favourites, as well as to check out their vehicles and hear their stories,” Peter said.
“This year we had some big names including Ronny Dahl, Sam Eyles, Matt Baker, Salty Davenport and Harry Fisher; as well as several content creators who travelled from interstate specifically to be at the Show.”
“We also had everyone’s favourite Graham Cahill from 4WD 247 at the Show telling some stories on the Engel Bush Camp Stage,” Peter said.
“The Show also featured camp cooking demos, fishing demos, travel information thanks to Tourism WA, and the popular Fourby Forum info stage.”
